The system is designed to meet the application requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and cosmetic industry.

This machine is usually made of main emulsification mixer,oil phase mixer,water phase mixer,vaccum system,material circulation system,heating and cooling system,temperature control system,electrical control pannel etc. the main emulsification machine is composed of a high sheer bottom homogenizer mounted outside the vessel horizontally and one anchor agitator. Pipes are connected from the discharge valve to inlet of the homogenizer and from the outlet to the top edge of the vessel body. The oil and water phaser mixers have exactly the same construction. there is a high speed dispenser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients.

Multipurpose manufacturing unit is mixing and horizontal direction,reversible direction of rotation, flexible scrapers made of teflon, two agitator options are available, and the side blade of the anchor move the cream upwards and the ceter blade move it downwards. Because of the two opposite forces by the impellers,the cream rolls over the vessel from top to bottom and back to top repeatedly. When the cream is completely mixed.and vaccum processing technology. mixing tank the powder component is sucked in below the liquid level and immediately wetted and dispersed at the mixing tool. The vaccum intake prevents air locks & thus increases the quality of the predispersing.
