Semi contra vacuum
emulsification mixer is a vacume processing unit for the manufacture
of viscous emulsions and suspensions in the costmetics,
pharmaceutical, flood & chemical industries. its especially
suitable for continously making big batches of cream and lotion. The
system is designed to meet the application requirements of the
pharmaceautical industry and costmetic industry.
This machine is usually made of main emulsification mixer,oil phase
mixer,water phase mixer,vacumm system,material circulation
system,heating and cooling system,temparature control
system,electrical control pannel etc. the main emulsification
machine is composed of a high sheer bottom homoginizer mounted
outside the vessel horizontly and one anchor agitator. Pipes are
connected from the discharge valve to inlet of the homoginizer and
from the outlet to the top edge of the vessel body. The oil and
water phasr mixers have exactly the same construction. there is a
high speed dispenser mounbted from the top of the cover which helps
dissolve the ingredients.
