The processing capability of the complete untouched process plant, is right from transfer of raw material to delivery of finished product a digital metering pump into the hopper of the filling machine.
All material transfers are done through vacuum.
The many advantages of material transfer through vacuum are:
- Saving of precious batch processing time.
- Lower maintenance cost, no moving components used.
- Untouched by hand.
The entire plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, thereby saving precious manpower costs.
Pipes, pipe fitting and valves are of SS 316, seamless, internally electropolished with DIN standard unions
The plant is CIP, SIP able.
